Will your New Year bring Peace? Turning the calendar to a new year brings new beginnings. Have you set up New Year goals? I’m a big fan of doing so. Call them goals, intentions, plans, or objectives – you must have something to aim for in order to move forward.
Well, that’s not entirely true. You will move forward regardless.
But wouldn’t you rather move in the direction of your choice?
Let’s begin with a simple goal this year. An intention of peace and goodwill toward others. (Interestingly, spreading a blessing to lift up others benefits you, too.)
Here’s something to meditate upon for the coming months ahead.
I’d suggest that you save this image to your own computer. Or print it out. Review it often as a reminder to follow these steps …
Take a breath.
Say a prayer.
Set an intention.
Combining deep breathing exercises
along with prayer/meditation
is always a winning combo.
