As an author, speaker, workshop leader, and a holistic health care practitioner, I specialize in caring for clients with fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, arthritis, hormonal/thyroid challenges, various autoimmune conditions, weight management issues, and other chronic health challenges. I put my years of experience to use by helping others achieve their personalized health goals.
Here’s the bottom line: My own experience with overcoming the disabling symptoms of fibromyalgia has taught me not only why chronic illness happens, but what to do about it.
