Do you use magnesium for your muscle pain? It’s one of the most commonly deficient nutrients for those with fibromyalgia and chronic illness. Magnesium comes in a variety of forms including those to use internally and topically.

For today, discover a source of magnesium that’s both cheap and easy to use!

Forms of Magnesium

There are a wide variety of magnesium supplements available and some are more absorbable than others. As you probably already know, my preferred brand is Metagenics and the forms I currently use include highly absorbable and bioavailable magnesium glycinate (among other key nutrients). I say “currently,” because this is something that changes with my needs.

It’s important to take magnesium supplements. But there are times when additional sources make sense. And to save cents, there’s no better way than with Epsom salts!

Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) have been used for centuries for medicinal purposes and are easy to find at your drug store or economical department stores such as Target.

For just pennies an ounce, Epsom salts are one of the most cost-effective health products on the market. Keep them handy to enjoy any of the following benefits.
