As we look to the festivities, fun, gatherings, family, food, and gifts in the days ahead, I’d like to express how much I value each and every one of you. Some of you may experience health challenges from fibromyalgia, arthritis, ME/CFS, thyroid and hormonal dysregulation, MS, Lyme disease, cancer, lupus, and any number of chronic illness conditions.
In this season of love, I’ve written a simple prayer that I’d like to share. I hope you share it with others, too.
To my lovely Rebuilding Wellness community … for Christmas, and into the New Year.
May your worries be few,
and your friends be many.
May your fears fade away,
as you sleep in peace each night.
May your painful flares disappear,
and abundant health return.
May you find a quiet stillness
as tomorrow’s dreams grow bright.
Peace to you and yours this Christmas season. I’m grateful for you and your contribution to this community. Please share your own holiday wishes for others here, below.
Have you taken advantage of last week’s offer? Don’t miss out! You’ve just a few days before time runs out.

“A Baby Becomes a King” by Julie Shenk
Quiet night, earthbound plight,
A baby becomes a King.
My heart pours out a lullaby of grateful melody.
Arise, my soul, follow the Baby King. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
No journey too hard
As long as it leads to eternity.
Julie – what a beautiful sentiment, and thanks so much for sharing!
Thank you so much. May 2015 be a great year ahead!
the MERRY CHRISTMAS was written on the side…but involved itself in the poem…
And … Merry Christmas to you and yours, too!
Jesus was sent to bring us peace. May His peace be with you all as you remember His birth.
God bless and Merry Christmas to all.
Joyce – God bless you, too – and thanks for sharing your lovely comment! Merry Christmas!
