What Do You Wish For This Season?
At this time of year, you probably wish for many things that “normals” take for granted. As someone with fibromyalgia and chronic illness, I know what it’s like to deal with pain, fatigue, fibrofog and more. Are you experiencing arthritis, lupus, MS, migraines, Crohn’s, or other illnesses that zap you of energy? Many symptoms cluster together in a cloud of frustration just when we need clarity the most.
‘Tis the season.
It’s the time of joy and giving. But we may not feel up to the task.
That’s why I’d like you to …
Take a breath.
Take a break.
Take a moment …
to look back at how far you’ve come and a moment to look forward to where you’d like to go.
I Pray You Dream Big!
I encourage you to keep your focus on what you desire. Rather than thinking of what’s going wrong, focus on how it feels when things are going right. Claim your right to heal, recover, and transform your health in the days ahead.
Here’s my prayer for you today and every day.

To my lovely Rebuilding Wellness community.…
May your worries be few,
and your friends be many.
May your fears fade away,
as you sleep in peace each night.
May your painful flares disappear,
and abundant health return.
May you find a quiet stillness
as tomorrow’s dreams grow bright.
