Do you have Essential Oils Questions? Do essential oils seem mysterious, complicated, or even superficially simple to you? Do you know much about them? Are you curious how they apply to the fibromyalgia and/or chronic illness communities?

Last week, we sussed out the topic of the term “works.” When you think of something working or not working, what does that mean to you? Check out Do Essential Oils Really Work to learn more.

In the weeks ahead, I’ll explore more on this topic – as well as other healthy subjects you love to share. But at this point, I’d like to pause for a second.

Essential Oils Questions

What do you want to know?

I know what I plan to share, but what do you want me to share? I’m definitely an info-geek. There’s no such thing as too much information for me.  But I want to give it to you straight. And, in the way that works best for YOU.

Do you wonder how to use them, what to use them for, and in what ways they work best?

My Essential Oils Journey That Almost Wasn’t

When I first started with oils, I did so because of a recommendation from a trusted mentor. A leader in the natural health community. I attended a nutrition school of his where I learned a lot about specific nutrients, how the body uses them to heal, and much more. It was my kind of environment!

When I received the overview for the program, I noticed that an entire week’s lectures were focused on essential oils. That surprised me. I wouldn’t have signed up to take the nutrition course if I’d known. I’ll admit, when I saw it on the syllabus, I considered it a waste of my time. I thought about skipping that part of the program, but feared what it would do to my grade. Thankfully, that was a brief thought.

I can’t turn my back on information someone I respect is willing to share – even if I think it doesn’t apply to me.

My natural sense of curiosity took over. Good thing I had questions.

I had to know more.
