Can Fibro Soothe help to ease the inflammatory pain linked to fibromyalgia and other chronic illnesses? Natural ingredient blends including turmeric are highly sought-after for this very reason.
My Current Pain Story
Let me first start off by saying that when it comes to pain, I no longer feel that relentless, throbbing, stabbing, and squeezing pain that used to wreak havoc with my entire body. More than a decade ago, I embarked on a journey of self-healing which included nutrition, body movement, and stress management strategies. I still continue this journey today and constantly tweak and alter my strategies.
So, yes, I’ve done a tremendous amount of healing. And, no, fibromyalgia isn’t entirely gone. At times, I’m symptom free, but when I’m super busy and super stressed I can let my healthy practices slip here and there. And, there’s also the basic unavoidable circumstances of life that can cause increased symptoms.
I find that when I do “extra” things such as a power walk in the hills near my home, or climbing the rocky bluffs at the beach I can experience increased pain. Sometimes it’s more of an issue of what I’m carrying and how it affects my body. On Saturdays, I typically cross the distance of several parking lots and ball fields carrying a chair, my bag, and a water jug in pursuit of a good seat at my grandson’s t-ball games. From any of these circumstances, I could possibly wake the following day or two with a sore neck, shoulders, hips, and/or knees.
That’s where pain and discomfort seems to settle for me.
That’s why I was eager to try Fibro Soothe and share it with this community. Whether for annoying pain or for pain that has you in its vise, there’s a solution.
Turmeric and Ingredients for Relief
I’ve done lots of research on turmeric/curcumin. It’s a go-to nutrient for pain management and for reducing the type of inflammation that contributes to pain.
Turmeric to the rescue
Of course, I was happy to see that turmeric is part of this Fibro Soothe blend. But I was also encouraged to see a wealth of other great anti-inflammatory ingredients.
This fabulous blend of anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving compounds includes:
- Turmeric/Curcumin (curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric)
- Boswellia (a.k.a., Indian frankincense) in a proprietary bio-available form for easy absorption
- DL-Phenylalanine – DLPA (includes the essential amino acids found in ginger)
- Powerful Healing Herbs including devil’s claw, ashwagandha, bromelain, and papain

My Fibro Soothe Experience
I find that it takes several weeks if not months to try out many of the natural remedies. It takes time for the body to absorb, metabolize, and adapt to something new. I was grateful that ProHealth was well aware of this fact and gave us bloggers plenty of time to give it a good try.
The directions suggest a few capsules twice per day. Because I was experiencing significant discomfort (for me) earlier this year, I started off with 2 capsules twice per day. As my achy feelings disappeared, I cut this back to 1 capsule twice per day. Of course, this is adjustable to your own needs.
It’s difficult to say what, exactly, affects pain. I can’t, for certain, say that Fibro Soothe is wholly responsible for my improvements in the past few months. It might be the new product and it might also be that I’m in an upswing of better exercise, better sleep, and better stress management.
While I can’t be certain, I do believe that Fibro Soothe has contributed to my improvements.
Fibro Soothe Pro’s and Con’s
Pro’s:
CAPSULES: The capsules are easy to swallow (and, I’m not skilled at swallowing pills).
BLEND: It’s a great blend of powerhouse anti-inflammatory ingredients. This can save money in the long run as you can get what you need in one supplement rather than in many.
PRICE: The price is very reasonable considering the high quality ingredients.
EFFICACY: Of course, this is my experience, but I feel this blend was very beneficial for me and helped to reduce my pain levels.
Cons:
TURMERIC DOSAGE: While there’s probably a reason that I’m not aware of, there are many other products available with a higher concentration of turmeric. In comparison, this dosage seems low.
DAIRY and SOY: I do my best to avoid both of these in my diet and in my supplements. I was disappointed to see them listed. However, I personally didn’t have any digestive upset from Fibro Soothe at all which may be due to the strong health of my digestive system. Anyone who is still highly reactive to foods – and to dairy and soy in particular – may wish to skip this supplement.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Just a thought. Wondering if there’s a canine Fibro Soothe formulation for Pup. She’s in her geriatric years now and would like to try it!
Summary
See the shoes in this post’s main image? They recently took me on a journey of over 16,000 steps on a partial day at Disneyland. Overall, I felt great. Yes, my hip joints were sore about two days after this fun outing (remember that I work from home and don’t get out a lot). But it was totally worth it.
Would I have been worse off without Fibro Soothe?
Of course, I don’t know for sure … but I don’t want to find out. Fibro Soothe gets a thumb’s up from me and will be a staple in my home for the foreseeable future.
