How would you explain fibromyalgia? In today’s Fibromyalgia Defined post, you’ll get more than just an overview. I’m sharing my best tips, strategies, and research on what fibromyalgia IS, and what to do about it.

Here we are at week TWO of this beautiful month of giving.

My intent for this month is to share powerful resources that will give you a leg up on the rest of the fibromyalgia community when it comes to “what to do about it.”

Last week, I shared a recent interview where I was asked questions about fibromyalgia and healing. This Ask the Expert series interview fromNutrishatives gave me the opportunity to answer important questions. Ones such as, “What’s the most important thing the fibromyalgia community needs to know?”

You can check out that interview HERE.

In today’s post, you’ll enjoy even more cutting-edge information.

Fibromyalgia Defined – Cal State Fullerton Lecture

I was recently asked to give a talk to the meetup group – The Chronic Pain, Fatigue, and Fibromyalgia Support group at Cal State Fullerton, California. I’ve shared many lectures, programs, and workshops at Cal State, so I’m always eager and grateful to have the opportunity to support the fibromyalgia community in this forum.

I chose this as my lecture theme:

Strategies for Reducing the Symptoms

of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Illness

Check out my How to Reduce the Symptoms of #Fibro and #ChronicIllness - VIDEO Click To Tweet

Included are these highlights:

  •  Overview of the Fibromyalgia Body (told in a surprising new way – one that you’ve probably not heard but will make a lot of sense to you)
  • What’s at the Heart (or Head) of Fibromyalgia Dysfunction?
  • What You Can Do Today – Now! – to Begin or Streamline Your Own Fibromyalgia Healing Journey
  • Interactive Q & A

This informal lecture was videotaped with no additional lighting and no dedicated mic. So please excuse the minor inconvenience of low light and sound. It’s the powerful content that’s important, so grab a pen and paper, turn up your volume, and discover action steps you can take today!

It’s my wish that you enjoy today’s gift of this free informative video. My goal is to give you supportive information that will help you step into the New Year with a renewed spirit of health and vitality.

If you have any questions about the lecture, working with me, or the Fullerton Meetup Group, please let me know by contacting me HERE.

Enjoy this season of Giving!
