I’m inviting a small, intimate group of people to join in. This could mean YOU! The workshop I’ve created will continue for FOUR short – but powerful – weeks. We’ll cover topics such as motivation, macronutrients, recipes, metabolism, anxiety, sabotage, cravings, and much more.
There will be handouts, exercises, hands-on trainings as well as tips, tools and techniques to help us navigate this twisty and tricky topic. And, of course, we’ll discuss chocolate (one of my FAV foods) while participating in our own gourmet healthy chocolate-making session.
