GIVEAWAY OFFER FOR NEW STRESS-RELIEF TOOL
It’s almost the middle of December and are you feeling stressed about what’s on your to-do list? Christmas will be here in a blink. If I could help to relieve that stress for you, I would.
Oh, wait … I CAN!
Just for you (and I mean, YOU) I’m hosting a giveaway of my brand NEW stress-relief product.
We all know that there are things we can do to alleviate stress. You’ve read about the benefits of meditation, prayer, deep breathing, guided imagery, etc. haven’t you? Perhaps you know about them, but here’s the big question: Do you do them?
Oftentimes, we don’t do the very things we know we should.
But here’s some great news! I’ve got a tool to help. My FrazzleFrogs (or FibroFrogs for the fibromyalgia world) serve BOTH as the reminder for you to practice your stress-relieving activities AND the tool to enhance your practices. The FrazzleFrog is a natural, grain-filled product that can be heated and applied topically for multiple soothing results. You can use your FrazzleFrog to achieve:
- A deeper state of relaxation
- Soothed/relieved digestive upset symptoms
- Improved digestion
- Stress-relief
- Relief from muscle spasms
- Relief of uterine/menstrual cramps
- Relief of idiopathic pain (from an unknown source)
- Calmed nerves, anxiety, worries, concerns
- Improved cognitive function
- Improved blood flow to the brain– (among other benefits, relieves migraines due to constricted vessels)
- Regulated blood pressure
- Increased blood flow to sore muscles/joints
- Relief or reduction of arthritis-type pain
This contest is limited to residents of the U.S. only.
By the way, FrazzleFrogs/FibroFrogs make great holiday gifts. Know anyone who needs a bit o’stress-relief? Each comes with its own drawstring fabric gift bag for easy gift-giving. Check these sites for more information: FrazzleFrog.com and FibroFrog.com

This would be awesome! I use a heating pad all the time, but it is hard when I travel and can’t take it with me, plus this can be used in many more ways!
Sue, this sounds great and I’m excited to hear about something new you’re venturing into! I’d love to try it, plus I think this guy would be quite the encourager on tough days:) Thanks for offering these great giveaways!
Marissa — so glad you posted here and good luck to you in the contest!
Hi Sue,
I love your idea of using a “visual tool” as a reminder to practice stress reduction. Thanks for all your inspiring posts on FB for us fibro-mites!
You’re so very welcome, Terri! I’d love for you to try one!
My stress relief is Tai Chi Chuan, a moving meditation; and Chi Kung breathing exercise. Both bring about body awareness and self care through quieting the body and mind.
Thanks Sue for your in-site into wellness and encouragement!
Sounds like a great stress-relief plan. I’ll be doing tai chi here in about 2 hours. It’s Tai Chi Tuesday at my house! Thanks for entering the contest, and good luck!
Definitely in need of some stress relief!!
Portable is very good…then I would not be stuck in one place while using my heating pad!! Fibro Frog is only positive….no negatives. That is encouraging!!
Thanks Sharon — good luck to you!
I’m at the point that I’ll try anything. I am trying to do this in a natural way. The meds make everything worse, so I’m trying diet, exercise and anything else natural.
That’s awesome, Diana — you’ll find lots of posts on this blog to support you in your health goals!
I would gladly try one. I suffer from Cerebral Palsy, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis,
Osteoarthritis, I had kidney cancer, my bladder muscle stop working so I have accidents. I should do my exercises but I stop, I have to start doing them again.
I wish you the best of luck, Margaret Ann!
I like that this neck pillow is longer and would heat up your upper shoulders as well as your neck.
Thanks Felicia! I actually use my FibroFrog on my abdomen. The combination of heat and weight is excellent for improved pain all over the body – and instilling a feeling of calm/relaxation. I do know others who use it on their neck and shoulders, but I wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on the overall benefits of using it directly on the belly 😉 It’s simply something you must try!
Hmm I hope no one thinks that I’m the creator of these, because my blog name and facebook page is The Fibro Frog, and I’m a huge activist on education and advocacy, I even have a seminar on living with chronic pain that has all of my Fibro Frog name & pics in it. I’d hate mistakenly get credit for something that I didn’t do lol.
Now that I have that out of the way lol …..I’d LOVE to win one. I think where I’m The Fibro Frog, it’d be totally fitting for me to have one haha. Besides that, I don’t even own a heating pad so this would be very nice for me!
Hey Amy! I’m so glad you posted this! I’d love to chat 😉 I’d also love it if you won a delightful FibroFrog and good luck to you. My use of the FibroFrog name is for the product itself only and not any other site or creative material. I love what you do.
NICE! Am going to share this with others also!
That’s music to my ears, Wanda! Thanks so much for commenting and I wish you the best of luck!
That would feel great on my sore muscles!
It would — AND it provides GREAT stress-relief on a regular basis. I use mine every single day. It’s soothing and helps to bring on that meditative vibe of healing 😉 Thanks for entering, Lindy!
Awww the fibro frog is so cute!! Sounds great!!
Thanks Amber — I have to say, they are darned cute! Thanks so much for entering and good luck in the contest!
I would like a Frazzle Frog Friend to keep me company. I would especially like him to keep me company across my neck and shoulders. Between the Fibro and arthritis in my neck, this is where my stress accumulates. I would like to befriend a Froggy to have him help me relieve my stress and therefore alleviate my pain.
Thanks for being so creative, Sue.
Thanks Pamela — I think a little froggie friend would be great company. I love mine and it gives me a kick to see my grandson walk around with them. He likes them, too 😉 As a side note — they’re great bed warmers at this chilly time of year. I have one that I use downstairs for meditation and one I bring up with me at night. I put it under the covers while I get ready for bed and when I slide into bed – it’s all warm and toasty on my upper back and shoulders (that’s where I happen to put it). Good luck to you!
I would really love to win this for my best friend! She is 37 and suffers from fibro. And is raising 2 kids on her own! Lately she has really been suffering and I would really love to be able to brighten up her life with this gift !! Thank you for the opportunity! Sincerely , Kristy Plunkett
what a great idea….I use two heating pads at times. I have to pack them wherever I go and take along an extension cord. The frog would be an attachment for me….and easier to take no matter where I go. So even if I dont win one….I will put it on my birthday list….I love any tools that will help and ease my pain.
Merry Christmas
I’m so glad I found this site! I’ve been in a lot of pain and this would be great for my neck and shoulders while at my work desk. 🙂
I love frogs and I use my home-made heating pads for neck pain relief.
This would be awesome to use while traveling with my hubby- and staying in hotels—
I really could use a frog to help with the aches and pains of Fibro.
I would love to have the frog. My heating pad is about 15 yrs old and am scared to sleep with it on, so the frog sounds great.
Was just diagnosed with fibromyalgia, already overwhelmed with all the info on the internet… just stumbled on this today, sounds promising!
Robin – please peruse the posts here and the information you find. Also – feel free to catch up on fibro news, articles, & encouragements on my biz facebook page at http://www.Facebook.com/FibroWHYalgia. I’m happy to help!
I would love a frog. I use heat a lot and this would be great! I am in the process of reading your book and looking forward to start changing my diet and start exercising. I am praying I will get my fibro under control in 2013!
Was excited to see a post about this on.Facebook. i have gone.from fibromyalgia to polymyalgia rheumatica, scleroderma and rheumatoid arthritis in two very short years. Be encouraged ladies. Things can and often do get worse. But i believe attitude and spirit are our best tools. Keep fighting for answers!
I was diagnosed with lupus over 30 years ago. Several years ago, fibromyalgia was thrown in for good measure. Three years later polymyalgia rheumatics and osteoarthritis. Two years later – scleroderma! This past summer became unable to walk and was diagnosed with RA. After being seen by specialist after specialist one year ago was referred to a younger more aggressive caring rheumatologist. She cares and has done tests and blood work to cover everything. Finally over 30 years later, have found some relief and actually even a few pain-free days! Never give up hope friends. We are here for each other.
Thanks so much Connie for the heartfelt response! Please be sure to review the posts here and feel free to contact me from my websites. I’m very encouraged by your journey and wish you the best. Merry Christmas, too!
Sue, I would love to win this FibroFrog. I have had Fibro for so long now that I struggle every day with this. I keep thinking it will go away but it is still with me. Only God gets me through each day and reminds me that life is worth living and that there are others in much worse situations than I am. This would be great to help me with relaxation. I have never figured out how to de-stress or relaxbut I keep trying. I just found this page and I look forward to reading all the articles and other good information
God bless you
Judy — I’m so glad you found my posts here. This particular contest ended on December 21st, but you can visit my website to get more information on stress-relief as well as how to contact me there. I’d love to hear from you!
Oh, having this frog for stress relief would be so awesome. I have so much anxiety and am a very visual person.
