Interview for Healthy Gift Ideas (for fibromyalgia, chronic illness, and anyone wishing for better health on your list)

When my friend and colleague, Mireille Wagner, messaged me to ask if I’d like to share tips on healthy gift ideas, I said, “I’m in!”

At the time, it was o’dark thirty here on the West Coast of the US and who-knows-what-time in the beautiful country of Switzerland where Mireille lives – but I jumped straight into thinking mode.

I quickly jotted down my answers (without much thought) and sometimes that’s the best way to approach things. Off the top of my head, these were top of mind tips. I included two things that I use all the time (one I use daily and the other almost daily). The third item is a wish list kinda thing.

Wanna know my gift-giving tips and wish list?  And, what the others have to say?
