Watermelon Picker Upper Recipe
- 1 Cup Watermelon chunks (seeds removed)
- 1 Cup Coconut Water (unsweetened)
- Juice of ½ of a Lime or Lemon
- Pinch of Sea salt
- Fresh Mint
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and whiz away! Pour into chilled glass and enjoy.
Options:
Try adding fresh or frozen berries for a tasty punch.
Picnic-Worthy Lemonade
Lemonade is synonymous with summer, but why not add a zip of flavor with your favorite berries? This is refreshing lemonade at it’s best.
Raspberry Lemonade Recipe
- 1 Cup fresh squeezed Lemon juice
- 5 Cups Water
- Pint of Raspberries
- Sweeten to taste (add Raw Honey or Stevia)
Directions:
Add raspberries to 1 cup water and mix in a blender. Use a fine meshed strainer to remove seeds.
Add water to lemon juice, berry puree, and sweetener in a large pitcher. Stir, add mint and chill or pour over ice.
Options:
Use any favorite berry or in-season fruit such as cherries.
