What’s missing in your fibromyalgia healing plan? Have you tried everything recommended or does it just seem like it? What’s likely missing is the very heart of what you need for things to fall into place. Ready to find that missing piece?
Missing Piece – Fibromyalgia Healing Plan
When it comes to healing from fibromyalgia, chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, arthritis, migraines, and more – there’s no shortage of remedies.
Just ask anyone. Seriously.
Equally frustrating is the quantity (not quality) of information on what NOT to do.
If I post an article about a recipe, fitness activity, or even a specific nutrient, someone is likely to jump in and say it’s not a good idea and that’s it “doesn’t work” for fibromyalgia.
That’s just human nature.
Instead, in this post, I’ll share a large piece of the puzzle that you may not have in place. It’s one that you may discount, not know much about, or may even feel isn’t all that important.
I hope after today, you’ll think again.

In my book, FibroWHYalgia, I first mentioned the concept of the Restoration Trio. It includes the THREE key components for any chronic illness healing plan.
You can download your own handy guide listing the BENEFITS of the Restoration Trio HERE.
We’ve mentioned two so far, so what’s missing?
The Missing Piece
Taking care of your body is great – it’s fantastic, actually. And, it’s absolutely critical to the success of your healing plan.
Caring for yourself with healing nutrition and body movement/fitness is essential. But there’s one more piece. And, it’s a BIG one.
The missing component is an umbrella that covers the whole healing plan. It’s what I call, Emotional Wellness.
It’s a very broad term for a number of topics including stress management, sleep, positivity practices, and so much more. These are all brain-feeding and brain-enhancing activities (as well as nutrition and fitness).
Do you have enough of this category of wellness in your healing plan? Are you well-rested, relatively stress-less, and feel that you have the world on a string?
If not, then you’re just like the rest of us!
Where we fit on the spectrum of Emotional Wellness varies greatly.

Sadly, this piece of the trio is often minimized or even skipped. It’s tragic. It’s so tragic, that I want to share the great news of what happens when it’s snapped into place. I’ve written an entire book about it!
In my book, Get Back into Whack, I share lots more. And, I’d love to hear from you!
