Have you ever tried to hide something? Like wearing a vest over your favorite t-shirt — the one with a dribbled chocolate stain on the front? Today’s post is a gentle reminder about paying attention to things you might tend to hide.
This thought was inspired by the following video. Hopefully, you can view this link to see what I’m talking about: Staticky Cat
Here’s also a cut and paste link if you prefer:

If you’re not able to see it, this video shows an adorable tabby cat walking through a house with a small balloon “stuck” to her undercarriage via static electricity. She walks funny (wouldn’t you?) but keeps on going hoping the “problem” will go away. At one point, she sits in a very awkward position and looks as if she’s pretending that she’s not bothered by it at all. It’s both funny and endearing.
It seems to me, that many of us are “sitting” with our problems, pretending that we’re not bothered by them in the least. It’s my hope that this post nudges you into thinking (just thinking at this point!) about what those problems are. That way, you can actively PLAN for taking healing steps in the near future.
Do you have problems with…
–Digestion (gassy, bloated, cramping, etc.)
–Elimination (constipation, diarrhea, frequency, etc.)
–Immune system (tendency to catch frequent colds/infections, etc.)
–Balance (are you frequently off balance or have a tendency to fall?)
–Fatigue (feeling unrested no matter what you do)
–Muscle weakness
–Insomnia (unable to fall asleep or stay asleep)
These are just a few suggestions to get you going. Consider the above “problems” or symptoms that concern you and think about what solutions you plan to find. Be open to new ideas as you focus and meditate on the amazing opportunities that will soon come your way.
Let me know what’s on your list!
